I can't access my account, what do I do?
Go to “Already Have an Account?” and hit “Forgot Password?” to reset your password. Head over to your inbox and follow the instructions in the email. Be sure to enter the same email address you registered with.
How do I know when new offers are available?
Enabled your push notifications! That way you’ll receive a notification on your phone to let you know that a new offer is available. If you don't have them enabled and you have an iPhone, you will see a notification on the app icon.
Why does it say that my rewards card is invalid?
If you have previously linked your rewards card with another account, you will not be able to link the same rewards card to a new account. Please be advised that we are unable to remove a rewards card number once it has been registered with a Carrot account.
Why is the number of rewards in Carrot different from the number of rewards in my loyalty rewards account?
The number of rewards you see in the Carrot Rewards app is the total number of rewards you have earned specifically through the app since you registered for an account with us. If you have earned or redeemed rewards on your loyalty rewards account from another program or channel, this will not be reflected in your Carrot Rewards app.
