Once you’ve had a chance to get used to your daily step goal, you’ll be offered a Step Up Challenge. Each challenge is different and will ask you to meet your daily step goal X number of times in a given time period. For example, you may be asked to meet your daily step goal 10 out of 14 days. If you’re able to complete your challenge, you can earn some BIG rewards!
Every time you enter a Step Up Challenge a new step goal will be calculated based on your current activity level. This goal is meant to stretch you just a bit more than your daily goal – that’s the challenge!
You are free to accept or decline each Step Up Challenge, and if you don’t make it the first time, you can always retake the challenge whenever you’re ready, as many times as you like.
