Our email delivery service is having trouble sending emails to Microsoft accounts (i.e. Outlook, Hotmail, Live), including confirmation and password reset emails. Our tech team is aware of the issue and is working on a solution.
This issue should not affect the overall function of the app (e.g. offers and steps), however it will not allow you to receive points for referrals, as you need to confirm your email first. If you have referred friends and were not able to receive points because of this issue, please email us the email addresses/usernames of the people you referred, and we will make sure to add those missing points for you.
In the meantime, if you have another email account that is not in the Microsoft family, please provide us with your alternate email address and we will change it for you so you can receive the password reset email.
